We use the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets and the FDA Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD). These sources summarize research and label info. We do not call live APIs on each request. Data is cached or static for speed.
The report is built from your list of supplements. The facts come from public evidence and labels. It is not tailored to your body or health history. For your own results, track what you take and how you feel in Staqc.
A label shows what is in the product. Our report adds a short evidence summary from NIH ODS when we have it. So you get what the product says plus what research says about that ingredient. We still suggest you read the real label and talk to your doctor.
