Back in March I experimented with The Honey Diet.

From waking until 2:00pm I ate 800 calories of orange juice and 800 calories of honey.

I didn't start getting hungry until about noon but at that point, I was so hungry.

For dinner, I ate 1lb ground beef, 200g chicken, 1/2 lb of roasted broccoli and 1/2 lb baby bella mushrooms.

I had to quit after just one day. My joints started getting inflamed around 11:00am. In the evening my stomach was in pain. Then eating dinner was tough trying to cram in all that food in one meal.

Maybe it works for some, but I had nothing but negative experiences from the sugar in my blood and large amount of food at dinner.
