I created this diet to help me focus during the workday and not crash. Standard high protein, healthy breakfast. Lunch - 30g dark chocolate Between 3:00-5:00pm I may have 1-2 glasses of orange juice to provide energy. At 5:00pm I go to the gym, with a bottle filled with an intra workout carbs mix and 10g of Essential Amino Acids since I haven't had protein since breakfast. Then I have a high protein, high carb, high fat dinner (ex: sweet potatoes with ground beef).
